Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, light touch massage. It is used to increase removal of lactic acid after heavy periods of training, or those long runs, thus decreasing DOMS. The lymph system is very close to the surface of the body and it is surface work that will have a positive impact. The lymphatic system is part of the body’s immune system and has a critical part in white blood cell production which are responsible for defending the body.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is done with no oil and can be done through clothes.
