EFT Tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Technique) is a tapping therapy designed by Psychologists to help us through many difficult stages in our lives.
There are many energy veins in the body called meridians, an EFT Practitioner will bring you through the stages and show you the 14 important points which are easy to find and easy to remember to start tapping on. We tap lightly while making an electrical contact while setting a protocol.
What to expect:
A detailed consultation is taken. Seated and relaxed the treatment lasts about one hour. Once the tapping points are shown they can be used at home when needed.
